Believing and Achieving Together to be The Best We Can Be

Jemma Bargery

My name is Jemma and I am a mum of three girls who all attend Feniton Primary. We moved to Feniton in March 2020 and I have recently been appointed as a parent governor. Prior to this I was the chairperson for Upottery Pre-School CIO for 4 years.

I am a Director of my family owned forest and woodland consultancy company and work here full time. My role in this position is to create management plans, apply for grants, develop timber sale contracts, liaise with land owners, the Forestry Commission and contractors and oversee forestry operations, plan woodland creation and health and safety, all the while managing the woodlands for the best possible outcome for biodiversity and conservation. Along side this I am also the Chief-coordinator and a Director for the APF International Forest Machinery Exhibition which is the largest forestry trade show in the UK.

In my spare time I love travelling and camping in our camper van.

  • Ethos

The Federation shares a strong ethos:

We aim to reflect God's love, "I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full."
