My family & I have lived in Feniton since 2001. Both our daughters, who are now adults, attended Feniton C of E Primary School and were very happy there. I was also a parent helper at that time.
We have recently returned to St. Andrew’s church, Feniton, having been involved in a church elsewhere. My husband & I would like to become more involved in our local community.
Being a school governor is one important way to do that. I hope to be supportive of all the good work already happening in our two schools.
Most of my working life has been spent in a variety of teaching roles, ranging from nursery provision to secondary school science.
As a family we have always enjoyed exploring and walking in our beautiful countryside. The garden is a real interest of mine; it’s a great creative outlet and so rejuvenating.
