I have lived in Feniton since 2010 with my wife Clare, and our two daughters Amelia who has recently moved to King’s School, having attended Feniton Primary School, and Jenna who is a current Year 4 pupil.
I have been a School Governor since 2014, currently holding the portfolio’s of Lead Safeguarding Governor, and Chair of the Admissions Committee.
I am often found to be actively involved in basic DIY/maintenance at both schools, we always welcome more parents/carers who have some spare time to help, whether unskilled, or those with specialist skill sets.
I am employed by Devon & Cornwall Police, I have previously worked as a retail manager, catering manager, and chef.
I am Sergeant within 167 Catering Support Regiment, RLC (Army Reserve) having joined 1990. I have served on operational tours and travelled widely across the world in support of Reserve and Regular forces, and recently represented the Regiment in two National Shooting Competitions.
I enjoy going to the gym, however my free time is mostly governed by our girls activities, swimming, gymnastics, as a family we regularly attend Storytime at St Andrews Church.
